We start with a comprehensive site-visit to determine where you are and where you need to be. Then comes backshop engineering to prepare a quote, proposal or demo. The result is an explicit scope of work so you exactly what your options are.
Our engagement process is borne straight out of our core values of integrity, service and excellence. It’s about designing a solution that’s RIGHT for you. You should get what YOU WANT, not what WE WANT you to have.
Once you’re happy with the proposal the Project Manager orders the materials, marshals the crew and gets your project in the schedule. All we need from you are key points of contact such as admin, facilities, security and IT.
Our install crews are the best in the business. These guys are construction artists and you’ll find no sub-standard work or cut corners. We NEVER risk our reputation by loosely interpreting codes or flexing best practices for the sake of convenience or profit.
We’re not a fire-and-forget organization and we’re never more than a phone call or email away. No slammed trunks and tail light warranties here! We proactively monitor your systems according to your service level agreement and fix problems before you even know anything went wrong.
Our service department is staffed with seasoned techs who know their business. We show up on-time, in uniform, tools in hand, ready to work.
